With extensive experience in church administration and financial oversight, I am a dedicated professional. I am known for my analytical acumen, strong communication skills, and creative approach to problem-solving.

Helped to plant Revelation Fellowship church in Parkersburg, WV. Registered the church with all federal, state and local governments. Established financial processes and policies for the church. Managed the setup of the church’s online and community presence through social media, websites, and other mobile platforms.
Church Administrative Assistant and Treasurer
2019–2024 – Stout Memorial UMC, Parkersburg, WV,
Effectively managed church finances, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting. Concurrently, I successfully executed marketing projects, developing and leading social media campaigns that enhanced the church's online presence. Successfully communicated the church’s financial needs and completed a $75,000 capital campaign. My strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail allowed me to juggle multiple projects, maintain financial integrity, and deliver impactful marketing results. Worked with church staff and members to overhaul the church’s website and social media presence. Establish a brand for the church, creating a consistent presence through all forms of digital and print communications. Launched an app for the church, placing newsletters, learning resources, sermons, and worship services directly in the hands of the congregation. Successfully implemented livestreaming and audio-visual systems throughout the church, connecting our congregation and extending our impact to parishioners outside the local congregation.
Good Friday Video Series
Journey to the cross was a video series I produced along with the pastor during my career at Stout Memorial UMC. This service was published on YouTube in April of 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic. It showcases my ability to collaborate with others remotely while producing quality content. The series features original content enhanced by songs and dramatic enactments from other publishers.
This letter was written by the pastor of Revelation Fellowship GMC. I prepared the assets for the letterhead, as well as, the church logo you see featured in the top right corner of the document.
Weekly Newsletter
The Living Waters was the weekly newsletter published at Stout Memorial UMC during my time with the church. It was one of the first publications I produced. The first edition of the newsletter was formatted in a tri-fold format on legal size paper. Over the five years I spent at Stout Memorial, the newsletter evolved through several formats to accomodate the amount of information and the method of its delivery.
In 2020 we produced The Living Waters, Home Edition. This was printed on 11" by 17" paper with multiple sections including, announcements, orders of worship for the month, games and puzzles, and anything else we needed to include for the congregation. This edition was mailed monthly to more than 200 recipients.
In January, during the evening worship service at Revelation Fellowship, we had planned to begin an open mic night inviting anyone who wanted to share their musical talent. One night we let the congregation pick some of their favorite hymns. Another night, one of the members brought his mandolin so I grabbed my guitar and we played through some of the songs in his songbook.
Restoring Our Sacred Shelter
Raise the Roof was a capital campaign to raise funds to repair and replace the roofs on the parsonage and Family Life Center of Stout Memorial UMC. Our goal was set at $75,000. I was tasked with creating a strategy to raise the funds required. I began with the purpose of the campaign, restoring our facilities, using that as inspiration. Raise the Roof: Restoring our sacred shelter. I created assets to advertise the campaign on social media, websites, projections during worship and printed in bulletins and newsletters. I wrote a letter to the congregation detailing the cause, the goal, and how to help. I reached out to the community asking for testimonies from everyone who had benefited from the use of our facilities. The whole campaign could be tracked on the church website.
